Unlocking is still done by dropping the lock icon over the unlock icon on the outer ring. You’ll still get the Clock and the lock/unlock icon. Switching from Android 4.1 to Android 4.2 won’t get you a drastically revamped and completely new lockscreen at all rather, you’ll get the same lockscreen with expanded functionality.
